How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Miyapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. Delivery times will depend on your location but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Order Confirmation Email: You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. This email serves as your receipt and proof of order.
What's Included: Your confirmation email contains all the important details including your unique order number, a complete list of items ordered, the total price paid, and the estimated delivery date for your order.
Check Your Account Dashboard: You can also log into your account and view your order status anytime in your account dashboard. This gives you real-time updates on your order's progress.
Email Not Received?: If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there by mistake.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Address Changes Before Shipping: Yes, we can change your shipping address, but only within a limited time window—typically before your order ships from our warehouse. Time is critical, so if you need to make a change, please contact our support team immediately.
How to Request an Address Change: Contact our support team right away with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your new shipping address
- Any other relevant details about the change
Quick Action Matters: The sooner you contact us after placing your order, the better your chances of successfully changing the address. Once your order enters the shipping process, changes become much more difficult or impossible.
After Your Order Has Shipped: Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In this case, you have two options:
- Refuse Delivery: You can refuse the package when it arrives, and it will be returned to us for a refund or re-shipment to the correct address.
- Arrange a Redirect: Depending on your carrier, you may be able to arrange a delivery redirect through their service (additional fees may apply).
